The symposium will take place on Zoom Meetings. For instructions on how to download and set up this application, you can access the quick start guide on the Zoom Help Center site. Zoom links will be sent to the email you provided during registration. There will be a single link for all of the sessions and a second link for continuing conversations during breaks between sessions.

 

Please be aware that the live podcast session, B-Scientists: Gender, Body, and the Field, will be recorded. Session hosts will inform participants before recording begins.

 

As a final note, some participating in the event may be mandatory reporters and are required to adhere to their institution's reporting policies. What this necessitates might vary by institution, however, we want to be transparent about these policies given the subject matter of the symposium. We encourage participants to consult their institution's reporting guidelines.
